ABOUT US
For the last 35 years, Day Cable has represented private, institutional, and publicly traded owners of commercial real estate throughout Texas. Cable oversees all aspects of ownership including management, leasing and lender relations. In addition to providing third party services, activities include the formation of limited partnerships involved in the purchase, management, and leasing of retail and industrial properties located in Central Texas and the Rio Grande Valley.

Day Cable
The Day Cable Company, now Cable Partners, was formed in 1992 to provide specialized leasing, management, and purchase of commercial properties. Prior to forming his own company, Cable was Vice President of Fuller Commercial Properties, a regional real estate company. For the last 23 years, Cable has been involved in 1,000+ lease transactions, management of over 2.5M square feet of commercial space, and the purchase/sale of office, retail, and industrial properties. Before entering commercial real estate, Cable was a member of the late United States Senator Lloyd Bentsen’s staff and served as executive assistant to former Railroad Commissioner Arthur “Buddy” Temple. Cable and his family have resided in Lakeway, Texas since 1995.
Drew Cable joined Cable Partners in March of 2017. Cable was a Director of Development and Campaign Coordinator at the University of Montana Foundation where she was responsible for creating a sustainable, growth-oriented development effort and managed a portfolio of prospects to achieve fundraising goals.
Cable also managed communications with campaign volunteers and donors, oversaw event planning, and was responsible for maintaining multiple budgets. Prior to development work, Cable worked as a legal assistant at a law firm in Missoula, Montana, focusing on criminal, personal injury, and real estate litigation.
For the last 10 years, Deanna Borja has been responsible for rent collection, payment of operating costs, administration of monthly reports, and coordination of vendor work. Borja has knowledge of year-end operating expense reconciliations, tenant lease provisions, and lender reporting requirements. Borja is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is proficient in Yardi Genesis Commercial Management software and related financial accounting programs.
Connie recently joined Cable Partners Inc. and brings over 30 years of high level commercial real estate accounting experience to the team. A CPA, Connie has an extensive background in corporate accounting for multiple partnership entities that encompass several funds and investor structures with diverse portfolios. Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Connie specializes in monthly financial reporting for owners, maintains leases and reconciliation pools, analyzes financial data to optimize efficiently, and compliance audits.
Corey Cable recently joined the company after completing her bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M. A newly licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Corey’s current duties include assisting with the marketing of lease space, property management, and accounting needs associated with retail, office, and industrial properties.
Melissa joined CPI in early 2022 as a part-time assistant accountant. Her role quickly expanded, and she presently heads up accounts payable, billing, vendor communications, and tenant reporting compliance. Melissa is the backbone of accounting, while also keeping our office organized and running smoothly.
