The Day Cable Company was established in 1992. Our  privately owned company provides courteous and professional Commercial Real Estate Services. Services include Investment Properties, Tenant Representation and Brokerage services, as well as Property Management.

Property Management and Leasing

     Currently the Day Cable Company manages and leases 12 commercial properties totaling 650,000 square feet in the central Texas area. Properties range from an 80,000 sq.ft. anchor retail center, suburban office buildings and industrial office warehouse projects. Existing clients have employed and maintained a relationship with the Day Cable Company since the company was formed in 1992.


Management Services include but not limited to:
     * Tenant reconciliation
     * Budgeting
     * Rent collection
     * Payment and supervision of vendors
     * Enforcement of lease provisions
     * Lender reporting and payment of loan terms


     For more than 23 years, Day Cable has been involved in the negotiation and completion of 500+ lease transaction totaling 650,000 square feet. Prior to forming his own business, Mr. Cable was Vice President of Austin operations for Fuller Commercial Services a regional, US, Real Estate Company. In this capacity, he oversaw the leasing and management functions of 1,000,000 square feet of Central Texas properties.

     Before entering commercial real estate, Mr. Cable was a member of the late US Senator Lloyd Bentsen’s staff and served as the Executive Assistant to former Railroad Commission, Arthur Temple III.

    This firm is Member of the building owners and management association, BOMA Commercial Leasing Associates, CLBA and Real Estate Council of Austin, RECA. Licensed software includes Yardi Genesis Commercial property and Intuit accounting systems
