The Day Cable Company was formed in 1992 to provide specialized leasing, management and purchase of commercial properties. Prior to forming his own business Day was Vice President of Fuller Commercial Properties, a US regional real estate company. For the last 23 years, Day has been involved in 500+ lease transactions, management of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space and the purchase/sale of office, retail and industrial properties. Before entering commercial real estate, Mr. Cable was a member of the late US Senator Lloyd Bentsen staff and served as executive assistant to former Railroad Commissioner, Arthur “Buddy” Temple. Day and his family have resided in Lakeway, Texas since 1995.

For the last five years Mrs. Borja has been responsible for rent collection, payment of operating cost, administration of monthly reports and coordination of vendor work. Deanna has knowledge of year end operating expense reconciliations, tenant lease provisions and lender reporting requirements. In addition to being bilingual Deanna is proficient in Yardi Genesis Commercial Management software and related financial accounting programs.
